Common questions

Credits and purchases

Credits never expire. If a purchase is missing, open Credits → Restore purchases in the app; your balance follows your account across devices. Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.

Reporting content or a user

Every world and Glimpse has a Report button, and every profile has Block. Reports reach a person and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also report through the form below with the world’s link or title.

Your data

Delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Account → Delete account, or ask us below. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
